A Pilates Practice is located in the heart of Centennial, Colorado just minutes from The Streets at Southglenn, Cherry Hills Market and The Orchards. The studio is a hidden office space and fully-equipped Pilates studio nestled in the Strawberry Hill Office Park located on the Northwest corner of East Arapahoe Road and South Colorado Blvd.  At A Pilates Practice Mary Liz specializes in individualized sessions and offers privates, semi-privates and small group class sessions exclusively by appointment only.
